About these terms
These terms describe purchases from the Prime Peptides storefront at primepeps.eu. Read them alongside our Refund Policy, delivery information and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights or makes an otherwise unlawful sale or use lawful.
Laboratory research only
Products are supplied exclusively for lawful laboratory research. They are not offered for human or animal consumption, administration, medical treatment or personal cosmetic use. Product quantities identify stated contents, not doses. We do not provide personal-use, dosing or administration advice. Purchasers must be legally able to contract and ensure appropriate laboratory facilities, trained personnel and lawful handling, storage and disposal.
Product descriptions and documentation
Review the product identity, quantity and supplied format before ordering. Most peptides are supplied under the Pepti-Med EU brand; illustrative Prime Peptides packaging may differ from supplied packaging. Reports relate to the particular samples and batches identified in them. A supplier report is not a blanket certification of every product, format or stock batch. Contact us if you need a specific batch document before ordering.
Prices, payment and orders
Prices are shown in euros. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and the final payable total are displayed before you submit the order. Payment options available for your order are shown at checkout; contact us before ordering to enquire about any separately arranged option.
An automatic order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We confirm acceptance when your order is dispatched, unless we expressly accept it earlier. If we cannot fulfil an order because of an availability issue, a material listing error or a legal restriction, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items. We will not substitute products or increase an agreed price without your agreement.
Delivery in Ireland and the EU
We offer delivery in Ireland and throughout the European Union, subject to destination availability and applicable restrictions. The services and charges available for your address are shown at checkout. Free standard shipping applies to qualifying orders of €200 or more; it does not include express or separately arranged same-day delivery.
Same-day delivery is available in Ireland by arrangement, subject to location, order time and stock. Contact us by WhatsApp or email to confirm availability and any charge before ordering. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed. Applicable consumer rights in cases of late delivery, loss or non-delivery remain unaffected.
Returns and refunds
Our voluntary policy allows return requests within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original condition. Where a statutory consumer withdrawal right applies, the 14-day cancellation period takes precedence. See our Refund Policy for procedures, costs and refund timing. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not limited by our voluntary policy.
Website use and privacy
Provide accurate order and contact information. Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised access or infringement of others’ rights. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
Responsibility and disputes
We remain responsible for our obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer remedies. Contact us first so we can address an order complaint. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring claims in the courts available under applicable law.
Changes
Updated terms apply to future orders. Changes will not retrospectively reduce the rights attached to an existing order.
