Returns and refunds
Contact Prime Peptides at primepepsorders@outlook.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Requesting instructions does not extend or restrict any statutory cancellation deadline.
Our voluntary 7-day return policy
For purchases not covered by a statutory cooling-off right, we accept return requests made within 7 calendar days after delivery for unused products. Items must remain unopened, with seals intact, in their original packaging, complete and in their original condition, and must have been stored according to the supplied instructions. Opened, reconstituted, used or contaminated products are not eligible under this voluntary policy. This restriction does not apply to remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.
After notifying us within 7 days, send eligible items back within 14 days of your notification. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by the customer. Original delivery charges are not refunded under the voluntary policy, unless required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee. Keep proof of postage and use suitable packaging.
Statutory cancellation rights for consumers
If you purchase as a consumer in Ireland or the EU and a statutory withdrawal right applies, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return them. This right takes precedence over our voluntary 7-day policy.
You may notify us by email or another clear statement. No particular form or prior approval is required to exercise a statutory right. You may use: “I wish to cancel my purchase of [items], order [number], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. My name and address are [details].”
For a valid statutory cancellation, we refund the item price and the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered, where applicable. Optional premium delivery costs are not refundable. You bear the direct return cost for a change of mind. We refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice, but may withhold payment until the goods are received or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Statutory exceptions apply only where the law permits; products are not automatically exempt simply because they are labelled for research use. Where applicable, sealed goods genuinely unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons may lose the cooling-off right once unsealed. Your rights relating to faulty goods remain unaffected.
Damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing items
Contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us investigate, but are not a condition of your statutory rights. We will arrange the appropriate remedy and cover necessary return costs where we are responsible. Neither the 7-day voluntary period nor an unopened-packaging requirement limits rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.
